Those in construction jobs at housebuilding company Lovell have been praised by the National House-Building Council (NHBC).
Two of the company's managers, John Jenkins and Steven Brown, have secured Pride on the Job Quality awards, which were presented by the NHBC.
Mr Jenkins, who secured the accolade for the third time in five years, was recognised for his "outstanding management" on Lovell's housing regeneration scheme in Camp Hill.
The scheme involves the delivery of 227 homes for affordable rent, shared ownership and sale, and Lovell is currently involved in the £30 million second phase of the project.
Mr Brown won the award for the second year in a row thanks to his work at the company's Phoenix Court development in Coventry.
A company statement said: "The award underlines the consistently high quality standards at the development, where the company is working on a £6.5 million scheme to build 55 new homes for sale and affordable rent."
Lovell was recently appointed by Warwick District Council as principal contractor for its yearly kitchen and bathroom refurbishment scheme.
